Race Across America is an ultramarathon bike ride across the USA, from the west to the East. Four British cancer survivors decided to take up the challenge. We follow their journey through the highs and the lows, over mountains and through deserts. Fallouts, hurricanes, hospitals and more. Their wild western journey along the endless tarmac begins.
